Join Hilton Mystic as a Housekeeping/Room Attendant, where you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and inviting stay. As part of our dedicated team, you will help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality that define the Hilton experience in Mystic, CT.

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Hilton standards, including making beds, changing linens, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Restock guest room supplies such as towels, toiletries, and beverages.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Ensure public areas and corridors are clean and orderly.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
• Follow proper procedures for cleaning equipment and handling chemicals safely.

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Specifically, we are looking for someone with a minimum of 6 months experience working as a Housekeeping/Room Attendant in a hotel environment.
• Ideal candidate must have a basic comprehension of the English language (to be able to communicate with hotel guests and to follow-up on requests). 
• Candidate must be able to work flexible hours, on an A.M. or P.M. schedule.
