About The Role As Clinical Director, you'll be the cornerstone of our therapeutic community, guiding clinicians, shaping treatment strategies, and ensuring exceptional care for adolescents with complex behavioral and emotional needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor Milieu Clinicians and Permanency Coordinators through supervision and training. Oversee clinical processes and case management from intake through discharge. Build a strengths-based, trauma-informed environment that fosters growth. Implement evidence-based treatment plans and monitor outcomes. Deliver staff training and professional development to elevate care standards. Provide crisis intervention support and participate in on-call rotation. Ensure quality assurance and compliance with state and federal regulations. Carry an active caseload (2-3 clients) and engage in individual and group settings. This is a hands-on leadership role where your expertise drives both clinical excellence and team success. About Mount Prospect Academy Founded in 1964, MPA is a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to helping adolescents overcome challenges and thrive. We specialize in serving youth who are "hard to treat" and "difficult to place," offering a full continuum of care including residential treatment, community-based programs, group homes, and special education schools across New England. Our Mission: We provide a safe, therapeutic environment where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Through trauma-informed care, trust-building relationships, and evidence-based practices, we help youth develop self-regulation, confidence, and the skills they need to succeed in life. Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field. Licensed in NH as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, Ph.D., or Psy.D. 3-5 years of experience working with emotionally or behaviorally intensive individuals. Valid driver's license and 21+ years of age. Successful completion of background and pre-employment checks.
