With a loyal client base and a consistently busy caseload, you'll be set up for immediate productivity from day one. You'll work alongside experienced clinicians in a supportive environment, with access to modern equipment and opportunities to develop your clinical interests. Practice Overview Full-service small animal hospital (exotics optional) High demand with an established and active client base Advanced diagnostic and treatment capabilities, including: Dental suite with radiology Therapeutic laser Endoscopy Ultrasound Digital radiography CT imaging Strong technician support (approx. 2.5 techs per DVM) Opportunities to pursue interests in rehabilitation, holistic medicine, or exotics Team-oriented culture focused on personalised patient care Schedule & Flexibility Flexible scheduling options available Midweek-only schedules considered Full-time benefits from just 35 hours/week Typical shifts: 8:00am - 5:00pm / 6:00pm / 6:30pm Most DVMs work 4 days (c.40 hours total) Option for a 5-day schedule if preferred Saturday rota available with a weekday off in exchange Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (DOE) 20% production bonus (consistently achieved by current team) Realistic on-target earnings: ~$150,000+; $5,000 signing bonus $5,000 - $10,000 annual retention bonus (flexible)
