Confluence Health in Washington state is seeking a Telephone Information Assistant to provide initial information, assist with operation support services, and connect callers to clinical resources. You will deliver high-quality customer service aligned with our mission and service standards.

Reporting to the Contact Center Manager, you will direct calls efficiently, handle urgent inquiries, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely routing and accurate information for patients
