Position Overview: As a Server at Batley's Grill & Bar, you'll provide attentive, welcoming service, ensuring our guests enjoy every moment of their dining experience. Key duties include taking orders, serving food and drinks, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities: (This is a general guideline; additional duties may be assigned).

• Greet and seat guests warmly and professionally.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Answer questions and make recommendations on menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
• Ensure each order meets quality standards before serving.
• Anticipate and promptly respond to guests' needs.
• Clear and reset tables for incoming guests; assist with cleaning duties as needed.
• Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Complete side duties and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications:

• Previous serving experience preferred, but we're happy to train candidates with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older to serve alcohol.
