Job Full Description A well-established, long-standing fabrication company is looking for a skilled Industrial Painter to join their team. This role supports a wide range of fabrication projects in a stable, team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment and materials for painting
- Set up, layout, and execute paint jobs to meet precise specifications
- Mix paints, catalysts, and accelerants with accuracy
- Apply coatings to metal surfaces using spray equipment
- Move parts and heavy frames throughout the facility
- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings (metric and standard units)
- Previous industrial or metal painting experience preferred
- Required: Experience using a spray gun
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to safely handle heavy materials
- Familiarity with fabrication or manufacturing environments is a plus
- Competitive Pay: $18-$19/hour or more, depending on experience
