We are seeking a Buyer who has experience purchasing a broad range of consumer goods within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities and Duties Processing and tracking Purchase Orders Negotiating pricing with vendors Verifying and analyzing availability Maintaining inventory and pricing levels Analyzing product performance by monitoring key metrics and planning future purchases Must understand just-in-time inventory, sell-through, and industry/market trends Grow and sustain relationships with vendors, with a primary focus on creating business opportunities Excellent organizational, interpersonal and computer skills are a must Qualifications and Skills Bachelor’s Degree Experience with forecasting and understanding product life cycles Experience in high value and high-volume purchasing Great Plains experience is a plus Strong work ethic and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 5+ years of purchasing experience Benefits Health insurance 401(k) plan with an employer match Life insurance and long-term disability insurance Paid time off Generous employee purchase and incentive programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
