Knowledge Management Analyst

Detail-oriented and experienced, the freelance Knowledge Management Analyst will support a time-bound initiative by creating and maintaining a centralized knowledge base focused on HR content and policy governance in a fully remote capacity. Key responsibilities Author and publish over 50 knowledge base articles across priority HR topics Consolidate information into a consistent, searchable knowledge base while applying established taxonomy and article standards Implement a governed policy lifecycle process, including ownership, review cadence, and version control Required qualifications 2+ years of experience with enterprise knowledge bases or content management platforms, particularly ServiceNow Intermediate proficiency in ServiceNow Knowledge Management as an author or contributor Strong technical writing skills with the ability to simplify complex information Experience in building governance processes, including review cycles and approval workflows Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and tracking
