- Understanding of SAP S4/Hanaand related applications (i.e. Ariba, Fieldglass, SuccessFactors, etc)
- Lead business analysisefforts on large, complex, strategic efforts
- Identify and document projectrequirements through various methods, including interviews, workshops,surveys, document analysis, etc.
- Manage, validate andprioritize business requirements
- Identify and documentexisting processes and use cases
- Design future-state processesand obtain necessary approvals
- Document functional andtechnical specifications and obtain necessary approvals
- Conduct analyses to definealternative approaches to satisfy requirements
- Recommend additionaltemplates or tools as needed
- May participate in otherduties such as documenting test plans, scripts, and conducting systemtesting and assist in user acceptance test planning and testing
- Recommend tools, templates,and best practices as appropriate
- May lead other businessanalysts as part of a program
- Lead re-engineering ofbusiness processes and identifies solutions to business problems
- Master's degree in business,technology, or related field preferred or an equivalent of education andexperience
- 7+ years of experienceconducting/leading business analysis efforts
- Thorough knowledge ofrequirements development and management, business process documentationand design, as well as methods and techniques to elicit inputs fromvarious stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to buildtrust with executives, management, project teams, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to workeffectively in a team environment
