Commercial Electrical Foreman

Active TX TDLR journeyman electrical license OR master (Required) Active TX ID or DL (Required) Reliable Transportation Experience: Minimum of 1+ years documented field work in the commercial industry Proven work experience as an Electrical Foreman or a similar supervisory role. Experience: Able to manage 5 to 30 men Size of Projects: $10,000K - $15M Travel: Willing to travel as needed Punctuality: Punctual, motivated and detail oriented Superior communication. Possess strong interpersonal skills to work in a diverse and fast-paced environment Able to work 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week, overtime as required Responsibilities/Skills Organization & planning Project management & material coordination Leadership & team supervision Communication with clients and team members Troubleshooting & problem-solving Blueprint/electrical drawing interpretation Knowledge of electrical systems & NEC code Safety compliance & PPE adherence Training and mentoring team members Quality control & project documentation Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces Lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor OSHA or additional certifications preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr System One
