Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service on every project.
• Perform residential carpentry including framing, remodeling, finish carpentry, repairs, and installation.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
• Measure, cut, assemble, and install building materials accurately.
• Install flooring, drywall, siding, trim, cabinetry, doors, windows, and other finish materials.
• Perform demolition and structural repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects on schedule while maintaining our high standards of craftsmanship.
• Represent the company professionally with every homeowner and customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of professional carpentry or remodeling experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction methods.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• Experience with framing, drywall, flooring, siding, trim work, and general remodeling.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Pride in producing high-quality workmanship with attention to detail.
