We are seeking an experienced and skilled Administrator to join our team at Evercare of Edwardsville. The Administrator plays a key role in overseeing daily operations, supporting the healthcare team, and ensuring high-quality service and resident satisfaction in a skilled nursing facility setting.

• Provide administrative support to healthcare staff, including scheduling, phones, and correspondence

• Oversee daily facility operations and ensure smooth workflow

• Coordinate patient/resident admissions, discharges, and transfers

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams

• Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance

• Assist in managing supplies, staffing coordination, and facility organization

• Support quality care delivery and resident satisfaction initiatives

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred

• LNHA (Licensed Nursing Home Administrator) required

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and skilled nursing facility operations
