Location: The Dalles, Oregon
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Day shift
Candidate Pay Rate: $72 - $50.4 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and create personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their goals
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions that make a real difference
- Empower patients to regain independence in daily activities
- Educate patients and families on techniques to continue progress at home
- Work closely with a collaborative healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
- Keep thorough clinical documentation to track progress and outcomes
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Oregon Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain one)
- Previous rehabilitation experience is a plus
- Strong clinical assessment and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Education
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

- Occupational therapy assessment and intervention
- Clinical documentation and record-keeping
- Interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork
- Patient and caregiver education
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
