Compensation : $16.00 per hour - paid weekly
Schedule : 1st shift | Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Janitor workers for a facility services role in Hibbing, MN. In this position, you'll help maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized environment by performing routine cleaning and sanitation tasks. This part-time morning opportunity is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys independent tasks, and wants consistent hours with weekly pay. Read below for more information! What You'll Do as a Janitor:

• Perform general cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas
• Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly
• Replenish supplies such as paper products, soap, and cleaning materials
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Properly use and maintain cleaning tools and equipment
• Follow company safety guidelines and procedures

What You Need to Bring to the Janitor Role:

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to follow directions and safety procedures
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation to the Hibbing area
