TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Des Moines, Iowa, 50316!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse (RN) Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 24 months of current Med Surg/Medical Surgical/Med Surg Tele experience required License: Active Iowa license or compact/multistate license Certifications: BLS - Basic Life Support required Must-Have: Proficiency in caring for all patient types, with experience in telemetry and a cardiac background highly preferred Recent charge or precept experience required EPIC experience required Experience with heparin required Description: We are looking for strong, motivated individuals to join our team. Our unit serves a variety of Med Surg patients, and we do not specialize in one specific area. We value team members who are willing to help others learn and grow. Team members should bring positive ideas and attitudes as we aim to build a culture focused on community service. The patient ratios will be 4-5 patients per nurse. We anticipate a dynamic work environment where adaptability is key. All candidates must be willing to float to various units as needed. We appreciate individuals who can pivot and navigate changes as necessary.
