L&D Registered Nurse – LDRP

Shift: 3 x 12-hour nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM)

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Years of experience required: 2 years

Certifications required: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS/BCLS, NRP

Unit-specific skills: LDRP care, recovery and postpartum experience, neonatal/OB skills appropriate for Level IIE nursery

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive care for labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum patients.
Monitor and assess maternal and fetal conditions during labor and delivery.
Administer medications and interventions as per established protocols.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.

Compliance / Notes:

Weekend requirement: Every other weekend
Floating required within service line as needed
COVID-19 vaccine not required; flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
Maximum 7 days RTO without manager approval; no new RTO after submission; no RTO allowed first week
