You will need to be committed to industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards. You would also be responsible for trash disposal and linen bag removal. As a dishwasher you will also monitor the performance of the dish machine and make sure the washed items meet the rinse and wash temperature criteria for each state.
