Required Qualifications Coursework/Training - Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist training program – Surgical Technology or, Coursework/Training - Successfully completing a Providence in-house training program and obtain the relevant state license/certification. Washington Surgical Technologist Registration upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications Certified Surgical Technologist - National Organization upon hire. Experience as a surgical technologist in an acute care facility. Why Join Providence? The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
