Staffing Consultant-Agency Recruiter

FINDING PEOPLE FOR JOBS, AND JOBS FOR PEOPLE.

As a Staffing Consultant, you will identify, interview, and qualify job seekers for temporary/contract roles. This full-cycle recruiting role covers sourcing to placement. Your daily tasks include engaging with candidates by phone, email, or in person; coaching them through resume editing, interview preparation and post-interview follow-up; collaborating with your team on open positions; posting job ads; and utilizing online sourcing tools.

YOUR DAY

Identify prospective candidates via job board search tools, LinkedIn, internet searches, referrals, and professional networking. Interview prospective candidates. Prep candidates for client interviews—review resumes, discuss client needs, conduct mock interviews. Deliver good news and manage the offer process. Check in with candidates on assignment to ensure they have everything they need. Execute proactive cold calling to identify new candidates.
