RN Capacity Manager - Patient Throughput & Transfers

Wexner Medical Center seeks a Capacity Management Specialist to support the Nurse Manager with patient flow and ADT operations. You will coordinate transfers, communicate with referring and receiving facilities, and maintain real-time data for transfer decisions. Responsibilities include evaluating transfer appropriateness, attending meetings, and escalating system issues to management to ensure smooth patient throughput.
