Field Manager (Wilmington)

What you will do Lead and coordinate subcontractors and Vanir Project Managers across the assigned market, providing mentoring , interviewing crews, negotiating pricing, and enforcing quality, safety, and jobsite standards. Oversee construction projects end-to-end-from pre-construction through 100% completion-conducting site walks on all projects to ensure compliance with company, manufacturer, and client requirements. Serve as safety coordinator, performing OSHA inspections, documenting safety meetings, and ensuring all required safety and quality forms are completed for every job. Coordinate daily operations including scheduling deliveries, maintaining construction schedules (Primavera or equivalent), monitoring project software, and traveling between multiple job sites to resolve issues. Act as primary point of contact for clients, inspectors, and stakeholders, reporting on project progress, P&L, delays, and cost overruns while maintaining profitability and on-time completion. What We Are Looking For Required Experience: Minimum 8 years in construction project management for commercial or residential construction Location: Must relocate to within 45 miles of branch location before starting work (relocation assistance may be provided) License: Valid Driver's License (required with clean MVR for past 3 years) Communication: Excellent communication skills in person and via electronic devices Mobility: Ability to travel between multiple job sites daily Preferred Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Knowledge of OSHA safety standards Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask efficiently Leadership experience in a construction environment P&L Responsibility for multiple departments, divisions, or projects simultaneously Why Vanir?
