SR. PRODUCT MANAGER / CATEGORY MERCHANT - Hard Goods, Hybrid

Sr. Product Manager /Category Merchant Out of hard goods such as Tabletop,Metals,Ceramics, Giftware and ServewareThis is a Hybrid role Able to supervise and oversee the Product categories. This candidate will be working with luxury retail through the off-price channel. This candidate will handle the execution across design, sourcing, engineering, costing, production, and commercialization. Own product development from concept through production and market launch. The product manager will coordinate internal and outside designers, overseas factories, agents, sales teams, and customers while maintaining clear standards for design intent, commercial viability, timing, quality, and margin. Direct the end-to-end development process: concept briefs, design reviews, technical specifications, prototypes, samples, approvals, production handoff, and post-launch follow-up. Manage development across tabletop and related hard-goods categories Translate creative concepts into manufacturable, commercially viable products while protecting design integrity and brand positioning. Source and manage factories and agents worldwide; negotiate costs, tooling, MOQs, lead times, payment terms, and production capabilities. Build and enforce development calendars, approval gates, costing tools, and status reporting across multiple programs and seasons. Partner with sales representatives and retail customers on assortment needs, exclusive programs, line reviews, and product presentations.
