Location: Atlanta

Immediate start: Monday, September 14

The case has a recurring, alternating weekly schedule:
Week A: Mon, Wed, Thu, Fri (4:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
Week B: Mon, Wed, Fri (4:00 PM – 9:00 PM) and Sat (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

What You’ll Do:

• As-needed assistance with dressing, toileting (briefs/Depends), and other general ADLs.
• Monitoring home ambulation and accompanying the client on neighborhood walks.
• Serving food and providing specific snacks/fluids as guided by the family.
• Skin condition checks and various dementia care tasks.
• Light housekeeping, including general cleaning and laundry.

Requirements:

• Because of the specialized nature of this role, a minimum of 2 years of experience directly caring for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's is a strict requirement .
• Valid Driver's License and Social Security Card.
• Active CNA license for CNAs (state‑specific) or PCA Test Results for PCAs (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid & CPR certification
• Recent negative TB test result
• Reliable transportation and the ability to lift/transfer clients safely.
• Basic computer/app skills for daily charting and communication.
• Empathy, professionalism, and a strict commitment to protecting client dignity and privacy.
