Nurse – Neonatal Intensive Care Unit

Schedule: Nights, 12 hours

Assignment Details:

• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Contract Length: 14 weeks

Requirements:

• Current nursing license
• Experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit or similar setting

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and provide nursing care to neonates in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
• Administer medications and monitor physiological changes.
• Address psychosocial needs of patients and their families.
• Educate and train families on care for their neonate.
• Supervise and delegate responsibilities to ancillary personnel within their scope of practice.
• May float to Pediatric unit as needed.
