We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team and support students within a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will provide therapy services that help students achieve their academic and personal goals by enhancing their ability to participate in everyday activities.
Key Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate students to determine their occupational therapy needs.
Develop individualized intervention plans and goals in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other educational staff.
Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as necessary.
Consult with teachers, parents, and other professionals to integrate therapy goals into the classroom.
Offer training and resources to school staff and families on strategies to support students' functional skills.
Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations.
Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to the development of student educational plans.

Requirements

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and adapt to a dynamic educational environment.
