You will work 1:1 with clients to build communication, social, and daily living skills through evidence-based ABA strategies. This hands‑on role is impactful, rewarding, and a key part of helping children thrive. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities Deliver individualized 1:1 ABA therapy as directed by your supervising BCBA Implement skill‑building programs using play‑based and structured teaching methods Collect and record data electronically after each session Maintain regular communication with your BCBA and the clinical team Participate in parent training sessions and generalization activities when needed Assist with assessments, session preparation, and therapy organization Follow behavior intervention plans and safety protocols consistently Maintain professional boundaries and client confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Step into lead therapist responsibilities when requested Requirements Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (or willingness to become certified with our support) Reliable transportation within Midvale, Sandy, and Draper Ability to kneel, squat, sit on the floor, and lift up to 25 lbs Comfortable using a tablet/iPad for electronic data collection Strong communication skills and a passion for helping children grow Eligible to work in the U.S., with a valid driver’s license and insurance #J-18808-Ljbffr Aviation ABA Therapy LLC
