As a valuable contributor to our vision, you will:

• Own the network infrastructure: Set up and maintain network hardware and software assets.
• Provide end-user support and training: Serve as a "super-user" and "train-the-trainer" for IT processes and documentation.
• Maintain security and reliability: Enforce Acceptable Use Policy, maintain telephony assets, and ensure a secure environment for all company data.
• Support disaster recovery: Maintain and update the Disaster Recovery Plan.
• Collaborate across teams: Assist ERP Administrator when needed and contribute to IT strategy planning.
• Drive efficiency: Evaluate and recommend changes to meet organizational needs and improve system performance.
• Administer Office 365 and other critical systems.

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of IT experience with strong knowledge of Windows environments.
• Certifications such as MCP, MCSA, or MCSE.
• Advanced working knowledge of ERP software (Epicor preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Windows Server and SQL Server a plus.
• Experience in ISO 9001:2015 environments preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and training.
• Position is onsite. M-F 8-5, occasional weekends for patching and server upgrades.
