LOW CASELOADS

We prioritize quality of care over quantity of clients . With a lower caseload, you’ll have more time for clinical decision‑making, data analysis, treatment planning, BT/RBT support, and meaningful collaboration with families.

UP TO $12,500 IN BONUSES

Your hard work should be rewarded. In addition to your regular compensation, you can earn up to $12,500 in additional bonuses.

What We’re Looking For: Current BCBA certification (or scheduled exam!, line up a role for when you are certified!) Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field NC BCBA licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure (we compensate for this cost!) Newly certified BCBAs are welcome!
