Safety Coordinator

MCGI is partnering with one of Texas's leading MEP contractors, headquartered in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, to fill two Safety Coordinator positions. This company has been building innovative projects for nearly 100 years, with deep expertise across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, process piping, turnkey solutions, BIM/VDC, fabrication, and pre-construction services. Driven by strong growth in the advanced technology sector, they're looking to bring on experienced safety leaders who want real access to leadership and a direct hand in shaping site safety culture — not just checking boxes. This role is based in Dallas with travel to projects across Texas. Strong travel packages are offered, including per diem and housing. Industry Focus Mission Critical / Data Center Semiconductor Life Science / Biopharmaceutical Higher Education Aerospace / Transportation Hospitality / Food & Beverage Government Experience Experience in mechanical, electrical, and process piping scopes of work Experience with Data Center and Semiconductor projects Experience working alongside General Contractors Experience managing both union and nonunion workforces Experience working in a fabrication shop environment Qualifications Ability to develop Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) Ability to develop Pre-Task Plans (PTPs) Experience running safety programs, including tool, equipment, and vehicle inspections Comfortably walking job sites and engaging directly with site teams OSHA 30 certification required CPR certification required Leadership training a plus CSP (Certified Safety Professional) a plus PSM (Process Safety Management) certification is a plus 401(k) Company-paid insurance (employee responsible for co-pay only) Car allowance or auto reimbursement (job dependent) Interested candidates, apply directly or reach out to learn more. #J-18808-Ljbffr MCGI Corp
