Pediatric DentistLocation: Sacramento, CAShift: Mon - Fri (Days)Setting: FQHC | Community Health Outpatient ClinicResponsibilities:Provide comprehensive dental care to infants, children, and adolescents, including preventive, restorative, and emergency servicesExamine pediatric patients, diagnose dental and oral conditions, and develop age-appropriate treatment plansPerform procedures such as fillings, crowns, extractions, space maintainers, and preventive treatments (sealants, fluoride)Educate patients and caregivers on oral hygiene, nutrition, and prevention of dental diseaseCreate a child-friendly, positive dental experience to reduce anxiety and build long-term oral health habitsCommunicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding treatment plans and follow-up careRequirements:Graduate of a CODA-accredited dental school (DDS or DMD)Completion of Pediatric Dentistry Residency programLicense to practice dentistry in CaliforniaMinimum 2 years of experience working with pediatric or undeserved populationBE or BC in Pediatric Dentistry preferredDEA registration, Current CPR/BLS certification requiredExperience in community health clinics, FQHCs, public health, or safety-net settings strongly requiredBenefits:403B retirement savings account up to 4% employer matchingMedical, Dental, Vision InsuranceCompany funded HRAPTO and Paid HolidaysMalpractice / Tail InsuranceCompany paid basic Life and AD&D Insurance
