May review or guide activities of more junior employees.You Have:5+ years of experience as a tactical human performance domain specialistExperience with health and fitness domains such as exercise physiology, recovery, sleep, fatigue, cognition, and overall performance monitoringExperience translating DoW operational needs into data requirements, analytical models, risks, and actionable insights while working within an interdisciplinary team of coaches, engineers, scientists, and SMEsExperience translating complex biometric and neurocognitive markers into commander‑relevant insightsKnowledge of human performance measures, metrics, thresholds, tools, techniques, and solutionsAbility to evaluate data generated by human performance technologies such as wearable sensors, fitness assessments, health systems for applicability to product capabilitiesAbility to translate sport science concepts, methodologies, and best practices to high-risk occupations such as military organizations or high performing tactical athletesAbility to obtain a Secret clearanceMaster’s degree in a Human Performance field such as Exercise Science, Sports Science, Kinesiology, Sport & Performance Psychology, or Cognitive ScienceNice If You Have:Knowledge of statistical analysis, data visualization, and analytical modelsAbility to build within and utilize data science tools such as Python, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, QLIK, and other COTS toolsSecret clearanceDoctorate degree in Human Performance, Exercise Science, Sports Science, Performance Psychology, or a related fieldCMPC CertificationNSCA CSCS or CCS CertificationClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
