Social Media Manager: Glossier in Los Angeles

Full-Time Glossier is hiring a Social Media Manager in Los Angeles to run the feeds of a brand that was, famously, born on one. Glossier grew out of a beauty blog into a company whose social channels function as product lab, focus group, and storefront at once, and whose fragrance became a social-native bestseller, the platform playbook our TikTok coverage and marketing-secrets coverage dissect. About the Role The Manager owns channel strategy and daily execution across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms: content calendars, trend-jacking with taste, launch amplification, community management voice, and performance reporting that feeds the wider marketing engine. The role collaborates with creative, influencer, and retail teams to keep one coherent brand voice everywhere. Who Should Apply Social natives with brand-side or agency experience in beauty, fashion, or culture-adjacent categories, a portfolio of content that performed, and editorial judgment under daily deadlines.
