Position Overview

Russell Tobin is seeking a motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our growing team. This role will primarily focus on recruiting top technical talent across a variety of industries and skill sets, while also supporting Professional Administrative searches as needed.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for technical roles across a range of skill sets and levels.
\n
• Partner with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
\n
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
\n
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment.
\n
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and provide a high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruiting process.
\n
• Support Professional Administrative searches as needed, including roles such as Administrative Assistants, Coordinators, and Executive Assistants.
\n
• Stay informed on technical talent markets, recruiting trends, and competitive compensation.
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 1–3+ years of recruiting experience; staffing/agency experience preferred.
\n
• Experience recruiting for technical positions strongly preferred.
\n
• Strong sourcing, communication, and relationship-building skills.
\n
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
\n
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
\n
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS preferred.
