Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at The Avenue at Strongsville, a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their comfort, dignity, and healing in a warm and inviting environment.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions, including vital signs and behaviors, to the nursing team
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
Support resident independence and autonomy while ensuring their safety and well-being
Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry standards

Requirements

State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
