Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at The Avenue at Strongsville, a post-hospital rehabilitation and skilled nursing care facility. As an STNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their comfort, dignity, and healing in a warm and inviting environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to residents, including assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor and report changes in resident conditions, including vital signs and behaviors, to the nursing team
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and services
• Support resident independence and autonomy while ensuring their safety and well-being
• Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry standards

Requirements

• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
