RN- Assessment Nurse

Cornerstone Caregiving

We are currently seeking a flexible Registered Nurse (RN) for weekday hours between (8:00 AM–5:00 PM / 9:00 AM–2:00 PM).

Key details for the position:
- Conduct RN assessments for all onboarding clients
- Perform 90-day supervisory visits
- Perform skills checks for our caregiving team once a week during orientation (Thursdays or Fridays)

Responsibilities and Duties

Perform client intake assessments
Sign-off on client care plans for VA department (if applicable)
Assign client care plans
Assist with caregiver training and orientations
+ other duties

Active RN license
