We’re looking for a hands‑on On‑site Recruiter/Supervisor to support daily operations at a fast‑paced warehouse location. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high‑volume environments and enjoys leading teams on the floor. *MUST be flexible with shift hours changing during peak season: Monday‑Saturday, 5am‑8pm What you’ll do: Supervise and support a large contingent workforce Manage attendance, scheduling, and performance Conduct onboarding and ensure a strong employee experience Manage recruitment and pipelines Track KPIs and partner with the client on daily operations What we’re looking for: 2+ years in staffing, warehouse, or supervisory experience Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to stay organized in a fast‑moving environment Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus Interested or know someone who would be a great fit?
