Responsibilities Provide therapeutic services to clients within a licensed scope of practice. Collaborate with clients to achieve treatment goals and maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation as supported by AI-assisted tools. Utilize AI-powered tools to reduce administrative burdens and enhance client engagement between sessions. Participate in ongoing professional development and adhere to ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards. Qualifications Master’s degree or higher in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field. Must be fully licensed by the State Board to provide therapy independently and without supervision (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LCPC, LCSW-C, LISW, or LP).
