Foreman, Data Center (BILINGUAL)

Data Center Foreman
We are seeking an experienced Data Center Foreman to lead field operations on mission-critical data center projects. This role is responsible for supervising crews, coordinating daily activities, ensuring safety and quality standards, and delivering projects on schedule. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), highly organized, and willing to travel extensively to support project sites.
Travel is required for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field technicians, electricians, and subcontractors
- Oversee installation of data center infrastructure including structured cabling, electrical systems, containment systems, racks, and related equipment
- Ensure work is performed according to project specifications, blueprints, and industry standards
- Enforce safety policies and OSHA compliance on job sites
- Conduct daily safety meetings and toolbox talks
- Coordinate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and client representatives
- Track labor hours, productivity, and material usage
- Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met
- Perform quality control inspections and resolve field issues promptly
- Train and mentor crew members
Required Qualifications
- 3–7+ years of experience in data center construction or mission-critical environments
- 2+ years in a leadership or foreman role
- Strong knowledge of structured cabling, electrical systems, or related data center infrastructure
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Willingness and ability to travel to project sites (travel required)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- OSHA certification (preferred)
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass background checks
Work Environment
- Primarily on active construction sites and operational data centers
- May require extended hours, weekends, or overtime based on project demands
- Travel required (regional and/or national depending on project needs)
