About the Role: As an Occupational Therapist at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Mt. Lebanon, you will be responsible for: Evaluating and treating patients with a variety of medical conditions and disabilities Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to improve their functional abilities and independence Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care Educating patients, families, and caregivers on strategies for maintaining and improving physical function and independence Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment Requirements: Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program Must be licensed to practice in the state of Pennsylvania Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize patient care Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to providing exceptional care Per-Diem Opportunity: As a per-diem Occupational Therapist, you will have the flexibility to choose your own schedule and work as little or as much as you like.
