What to Expect
- Process associate concerns, inquiries, and requests related to benefits enrollment within 24 hours
- Handle and resolve Tier 1 cases according to quality standards and HR guidelines
- Redirect and assign Tier 2 cases to the appropriate HR functions for resolution
- Serve as the front-facing HR resource for associates regarding various HR administrative requirements
- Maintain accurate reporting and documentation of interactions and resolutions
What is Required
- High school graduate
- Strong oral and written communication skills for business correspondence
- Analytical skills to assess and resolve issues effectively
- Customer-focused mindset with experience in contact centers
- Proficiency in utilizing Workday and ticketing tools
How to Stand Out
- Previous experience in HR or benefits administration
- Familiarity with HR Help Center operations
- Strong reporting and analytical capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
