Psychiatrist – PACT Program (Per Diem / Backup Coverage) Location: West Orange, NJ Schedule: Per Diem (Flexible Coverage) Setting: Hybrid / Community-Based (PACT Program) Program: Established PACT (Program of Assertive Community Treatment) Position Overview A well-established community behavioral health organization, in partnership with Center for Family Guidance, PC, is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Psychiatrist to provide per diem coverage for its PACT (Program of Assertive Community Treatment) team in West Orange, NJ. This role is designed to support the existing full-time psychiatrist and ensure continuity of care for individuals living with serious mental illness (SMI). This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to provide high-quality psychiatric care through a combination of telepsychiatry and community-based services.
