Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our OB/GYN (Obstetrician-Gynecologist) , you will be a central and cornerstone provider in our physician-facing organization, delivering comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered medical and surgical care to women across all ages and stages of life. This vital role is critical in promoting long-term women's health, wellness, and managing a broad spectrum of acute, chronic, and emergent gynecological and obstetrical conditions, profoundly impacting the health outcomes of women and families in our Kansas communities.

Every day you will conduct thorough patient evaluations, leveraging your expertise to accurately diagnose and expertly treat a wide array of gynecological issues, manage pregnancies, and perform surgical interventions. You will provide essential preventive women's health care, guide patients through reproductive health maintenance and family planning strategies, and empower them with crucial patient education. Your responsibilities will also include adeptly managing complex obstetrical cases, performing a variety of surgical procedures, and strategically coordinating care with specialists, all while diligently building lasting patient relationships. You will meticulously document all encounters, communicate effectively with patients, and ensure strict adherence to evidence-based guidelines, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will possess broad clinical and surgical expertise in obstetrics and gynecology, strong diagnostic acumen, and demonstrate a compassionate, holistic approach to women's healthcare. You must be a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible OB/GYN with an active license in Kansas (or eligibility to obtain one), committed to fostering enduring patient relationships and dedicated to continuous professional development. Experience in full-scope OB/GYN practice and a genuine passion for serving as a primary healthcare advocate for women's health in our diverse populations will position you for excellence in this impactful physician role.

  • Serve as a central OB/GYN provider in Kansas, delivering comprehensive, continuous, and patient-centered medical and surgical care to women across all life stages, significantly impacting their health outcomes.

  • Conduct thorough patient evaluations, diagnose and treat gynecological concerns, manage pregnancies, and perform surgical interventions daily.

  • Provide essential preventive women's health, reproductive health guidance, family planning, patient education, and meticulously document all encounters in adherence to standards.

  • Adeptly manage complex obstetrical cases, perform diverse surgical procedures, and strategically coordinate care with specialists while building lasting patient relationships.

We believe in compensating our talent exceptionally well. For this critical role, we're offering a premium compensation package totaling $534,058 annually . This includes a valuable starting bonus to recognize your immediate contribution and comprehensive relocation support designed to alleviate the complexities of moving, allowing you to focus on success from day one.

Job Requirements

Required

  • Must have successfully completed a residency or fellowship commensurate with area of specialty.

  • Obtain and maintain an unrestricted Drug Enforcement Agency (“DEA”) registration;

  • Be board certified or eligible in the appropriate specialty, by a board acceptable to Hospital;

  • Obtain Medical Staff Privileges within the Health system, at sponsoring institution

  • Doctorate MD or DO required

  • DR-Current and unrestricted license to practice medicine in applicable state required
