Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the unique needs, strengths, and experiences of each client.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing technology to ensure consistent care through teletherapy options for clients facing accessibility challenges.
• Monitor client progress towards therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to adapt to changes in client needs.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with ethical standards, ensuring all client interactions are recorded and secure.
• Engage in continuous professional development, including attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your clinical skills.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your caseload and experience level. We offer a highly competitive salary to recognize the essential work you will provide to our clients.
