Construction Tax Accountant — Hybrid, 401k + Benefits

Construction Project Accountant Full‑time, hybrid work schedule, 401k with profit sharing and great benefits. Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable, AIA billing, lien waivers, and collections across multiple active commercial and residential construction projects. Prepare and submit monthly AIA pay applications (G702/G703) and manage progress billings, retention, and change orders. Ensure proper compliance and tracking of all billing and lien‑related documentation. Salary: $90,000.00 yearly. Remote location. Accountant – Daily Operations Full‑time. Position Summary: Detail‑oriented accountant with strong reconciliation experience to support daily accounting operations, ensure accuracy of financial records, and assist with monitoring key accounting activities. Key Responsibilities: Contribute domain knowledge across finance, healthcare, STEM engineering, and related fields to train frontier AI models and evaluate AI agents. Salary: $52,000.00 yearly. Remote. Tax Expert – Retail On‑Site (Seasonal) Full‑time. Key Responsibilities: Provide tax expertise in retail settings at new TurboTax locations across the United States. Salary: $90,000.00 yearly.
