We're hiring a Support Coordinator to support patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers through a patient support program. This role will serve as a key point of contact for inbound inquiries, reimbursement support, program enrollment, and care coordination.

? Contact Center/Call Center Experience

? Healthcare, Insurance, Benefits, or Reimbursement Experience Preferred

? Strong Customer Service & Communication Skills

? Experience with CRM systems and multitasking across multiple applications

Schedule: Must be flexible to work between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM

Training: 5 weeks onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
