Key Responsibilities:

Sales:
o Build and maintain relationships with current customers.
o Identify opportunities to provide additional insurance products that meet clients' needs.
o Conduct policy reviews and educate clients on coverage options.
o Achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.

Service:
o Provide outstanding customer service by addressing policyholder inquiries and concerns.
o Process policy changes, claims, and payments efficiently.
o Assist clients with policy renewals and ensure their coverage remains up-to-date.
o Maintain accurate client records and documentation.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or insurance is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with computer software and technology.
Must obtain and maintain appropriate state insurance licenses.
