Physical Therapist - Outpatient Orthopedics & Work Rehabilitation
Location: Kent, WA
Employment Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 - $115,000 DOE
Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic and work rehabilitation team in Kent, WA. This therapist-focused practice provides high-quality patient care with one-hour evaluations and treatment sessions, allowing clinicians to focus on outcomes rather than volume.
Position Highlights:
Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
Flexible scheduling options available (including 4x10s)
No routine weekend requirements
Manageable caseload of approximately 10-12 patients per day
One-hour evaluations and treatment sessions
Mentorship and growth opportunities in Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCEs), ergonomics, and occupational rehabilitation
Leadership and career advancement opportunities
Responsibilities:
Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
Assist patients in achieving functional and return-to-work goals
Collaborate with case managers, vocational counselors, and healthcare professionals
Supervise PTAs and support staff in accordance with Washington State regulations
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
Current or pending Washington Physical Therapist license
Interest in orthopedics, workers' compensation, and occupational medicine
Strong communication and teamwork skills
