This role will sit on the tech team and support the credit operations team as their WSO expert.Apply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application.Learn how the Credit Operations team works in WSO (Wall Street Office) and how it connects to other firm systemsGather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, workflows, and data modelsTranslate business requirements into detailed functional and technical requirements (data flows, API specifications, integration logic) for agile deliveryWrite, review, and refine user stories and epics to support backlog groomingMap current- and future-state processes, identifying manual steps and control gaps7+ years as a business or operations analyst at a hedge fund, asset manager, or similar firm5+ years of direct, hands-on WSO experience on the IT/technology side (supporting, configuring, testing, or upgrading the platform), not solely as a business end userExpert knowledge of WSO deal, facility, and contract set up, transaction xhyhwjd processing, and reconciliation workflowsStrong understanding of syndicated loans, private credit, revolvers, delayed draws, and CLOsStrong understanding of the loan lifecycle: deal and facility set up, trade settlement, servicing events, cash and position reconciliation, and monthly closingHybrid schedule: 3 days onsite in NYC
