You will be responsible for managing the product backlog and ensuring that the development team has a clear understanding of the product vision and goals. You will work closely with the development team, stakeholders, and customers to identify and prioritize features based on customer needs and business value, create user stories, and define acceptance criteria.Defining the product vision and communicating the vision to the teamPartner with cross functional teams to drive innovationOverseeing all stages of the product development processOwn and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goalsBuilding the product roadmap and product backlog with the teamAccurately and efficiently managing the prioritization of features and user storiesEnsuring user stories are ready for development to start work, supporting documents, wireframes, and other documents for user storiesEnsuring each story has the correct acceptance criteriaWorking alongside users to understand their needsTaking responsibility for all stages of the product realization process and monitoring user reaction to new releasesEnsuring business value is achieved from product capabilitiesWhat We Are Looking ForMaster's in business administration preferredMinimum 5+ years experience as a product owner in the industryTechnical product knowledge or specific domain expertiseGen AI experience preferredStrong knowledge of Agile principles and processIn-depth understanding of industry market conditions and trendsOutstanding verbal and written communication skillsSuccessful track record of developing products within deadlinesExcellent attention to detailSharp analytical and problem-solving skillsCreative and innovative thinkerVeterans are encouraged to apply.#LI-CM1 #LI-AIG #AI #GenAI #ProductOwnerAt AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
