Novo Health Services is hiring 1st and 2nd shift full-time Soil Sorters for our healthcare linen facility in Ravenna, OH.

Soil Sort team members work hands-on sorting soiled linen on a fast-moving conveyor belt. This role requires standing for long periods, lifting and tossing linen, repetitive motion, and wearing required PPE while working in an active production environment.

Schedule:

8 hour shifts

5 days per week with a rotating scheduled day off

1st and 2nd shift available:

*1st shift works 4am-12:30pm

*2nd shift works 12:30pm-9pm

Physical Requirements:

Stand for the full shift

Frequent reaching, bending, and repetitive hand motions

Work in a production environment with soiled linen

Qualifications:

No experience required training provided

Ability to read, write, and perform basic math

Ability to work as part of a team

Reliable attendance
